摘要
本文认为,可持续发展战略为我国中西部地区的发展提供了一次重要的机遇。只有抓住这个机遇,发展绿色经济,中西部地区的社会经济发展,才有可能取得突破。为此,本文论证了中西部地区可持续发展的背景,提出了若干对策。
Sustainable development strategies provide Middle West China with important faovorable development circumstances. The breakthrough in socioeconomic development in this region can therefore be improved by implementing the strategies including the development of green economy. The background in the sustainable development of this part of the country was proved, and certain countermeasures were proposed as well.
