摘要
在当今经济全球化和环境全球化的趋势下，国际贸易、经济增长与环境之间的关系已经成为影响可持续发展的主要议题之一。环境问题成为构成未来世界格局以及国家发展和安全的重要影响因素。许多发达国家利用不对等的贸易和投资手段从发展中国家攫取大量战略性资源，却造成这些国家境内生态环境的严重失调。
