摘要
由于生产型企业对全厂范围内的数据抄表的有线网络布线工作具有一定的困难,设计了对分布在某厂区各处的50块水表进行数据采集的无线组网方式,并通过中控室工作站对现场数据进行显示、处理、计算并保存。实现系统稳定运行,完成在生产型企业中对生产用水的流量进行统计和分析,实现实时抄表,提高生产效率,降低生产成本。
Since the whole plant manufacturing enterprise-wide data cable meter cable network cabling work have some difficulties, the 50 water meter acquisition data through wireless network mode was designed in sev- eral area of a factory. And workstations in the control room was used to display, process,compute and save the field data. Achieve stable operation of the system to complete the enterprise in the production of water flow on the production statistics and analysis, real-time meter reading, increase productivity, reduce production costs.
