摘要
为实现创新型企业的高效管理,综合运用C/S结构(Client/Server结构)和B/S结构(Browser/Server结构)。在分析了管理的必要性和系统工作流程、功能的基础上,运用基于JavaEE平台的Struts-MVC(Model-View-Controller)框架,结合工厂设计模式和DAO(Data Access Object)设计模式构建系统。系统服务于创新型企业和政府,实现材料申请、材料审查等关键环节的高度自动化和标准化。
To achieve effective management of Innovative Enterprise,integrated use of C/S structure（Client/Server structure）and the B/S structure（Browser/Server structure）.Build system,which based on the analysis of the necessity for management and system workflow and functionality,use JavaEE platform which based on the Struts-MVC（Model-View-Controller）framework,combined with factory design pattern and DAO（Data Access Object）design pattern.The system serves Innovative Enterprise and government,achieving the high degree of automation and standardization on the key aspects of application of materials,materials review.
