摘要
应用大型有限元分析软件Abaqus,采用三维弹性静力接触有限元法对2400mm热精轧机的辊系进行了模拟,并得出它的变形,将机架的变形与辊系变形综合考虑,进而得出轧机的整体刚度。经分析得到的轧机整体刚度与现场轧机调试刚度较为接近,可为实际轧制生产和板形控制提供理论指导。
A simulation analysis on the stiffness of 2400mm aluminium hot tandem mill rollers has been carried out by 3-D elastic contact analytical method with Abaqus FEM(Finite Element Method)software,whose displacement and the overall stiffness of the rolling mill can be obtained according to the stiffness of the rollers and the stiffness of its stand.The analyzing result shows that the simulation stiffness of the rolling mill quite approaches the real stiffness.Therefore,the simulation results can provide theoretical guide for practical production and flatness control.
