基于ANSYS的铰链型膨胀节结构强度分析 被引量:10

摘要 为提高波纹管膨胀节的使用性能及其可靠性,根据膨胀节的结构特点和使用状况,运用Solidworks建立其实体模型,并对载荷加以简化和等效处理,通过ANSYS软件分析其承力构件的静力学特性。结果表明,膨胀节的最大位移发生在受力侧端管两端,最大位移为3.339 mm;承力构件的最大应力发生在万向环,其应力为99.8 MPa,小于其材料的许用应力。该型铰链膨胀节满足设计载荷下的强度要求,为其强度校核及结构优化设计提供了理论依据。 To improve the working performance and reliability of the bellows expansion joint,we have established the solid model of expansion joint in the Solidworks according to the structural characteristics and the application conditions of the expansion joints.The equivalent processing and simplification of the load is done,and the statics characteristic of the load-bearing component is analyzed by the ANSYS software.The results show that the maximum displacement of the expansion joint is occurred at the both ends of the forced side-tube and the value is 3.339 mm;the maximum stress of the load-bearing component is occurred in the universal ring,and the value of the stress is 99.8 MPa which is less than its allowable stress.This type of hinged expansion joints can meet the strength requirement under the design load,and this study provides a theoretical basis for its strength checking and structural optimization design.
