摘要
以直齿锥齿轮为研究对象,借助SolidWorks中的API和集成开发环境VB6.0,开发出基于SolidWorks的直齿锥齿轮专用CAD/CAM系统。该系统利用参数化建模技术实现了锥齿轮的三维实体模型,提高了设计质量和效率。使用ADO数据库技术实现了各模块之间的链接。利用SolidWorks配套开发的CAM系统软件CAMWorks生成刀具加工的NC代码。
The CAD/CAM system is developed for straight bevel gear based on API function of SolidWorks and VB6.0.The system achieves three dimensional solid model of bevel gear using parametric modeling technology,the design quality and efficiency is improved.The various modules are linked using ADO database.The NC code for machining is generated using the CAM system software CAMWorks which is developed for SolidWorks.
