摘要
探索一种能替代猪粪且能提高稻秸生物产气量的外源无机添加物对农村户用沼气工程具有重要意义。试验从有益微生物、营养成分两个方面解析了猪粪提高秸秆产气的因素,研究了采用外源无机添加物替代猪粪对稻秸产气性能的影响。结果表明:猪粪提高稻秸产气量并非由于猪粪中微生物的作用,而是来自猪粪中的营养物质。加入外源无机添加物后稻秸的TS和VS产甲烷量(151.1,164.7 mL.g-1)较对照(120.0,130.8 mL.g-1)显著提高,且略高于添加猪粪处理(131.8,143.6 mL.g-1);加入外源无机添加物使发酵后稻秸体积和质量的减少量均高于添加猪粪的处理。经济效益分析表明,选用无机营养盐替代猪粪进行发酵,每吨稻秸可节省202.9元,且同时减轻劳动量。
Abstract: It has important significance in exploring additives to increase biogas production of rice straw. Two factors ( benefieial microorganism and nutritional components) improving the biogas preduetion were experimented. The results showed that pig manure was helpful to improve biogas production of rice straw, which was attributed to nutritional components of pig manure rather than beneficial microorganism. After adding a group of inorganic additives, the methane production of per gram TS and VS( 151.1 mL·g^-1, 164. 7 mL·g^-1 ) were highly improved comparing with sole rice straw fermentation ( 120.0 mL·g^-1, 130.8mL·g^-1). Furthermore, the decrement of volume and quantity of fermented rice straw was higher than adding pig manure. And use of inorganic additives instead of pig manure could save 202.9 yuan for 1 ton of rice straw fermentation.
