摘要
基于材料力学中的变截面梁的弯曲理论,通过外摆线的参数方程的作为积分变量,直观地得到了外摆线轮廓柔性关节的柔度的计算公式,再通过定义中间参数,推导出了较为简洁的解析计算公式,从而避免了费时的数值积分。最后,分别分析了切口几何形状、尺寸以及最小厚度与铰链的柔度之间的关系。
Based on bending theory of variable cross-section beam in the material mechanics,the formula of the compliance coefficient of flexure hinge with the epicycloid contour is obtained intuitively by using the angle of φas the integral variables in the outer cycloid parameter equation.Then by defining the intermediate parameters,a relatively simple analytic formula is derived,which avoids the time-consuming numerical integration.Finally,the relationship between the compliance and geometry,dimensions,and the minimum thickness of the flexure hinge were analyzed.
