摘要
为促进整体叶盘线性摩擦焊接技术的发展及应用,从振动理论角度分析了线性摩擦焊机活塞与振动滑块之间的振动规律,建立了振动系统的单自由度强迫振动模型,得到了该系统的各振动参数的等效值,明确了系统的振动规律,为线性摩擦焊机振动系统的设计提供理论指导。
In order to promote the development and application of the Blisk linear friction welding technology,the vibration rules between piston and fixtures of welding machine were analyzed based on vibration theory.The model of single degree of freedom forced vibration was set up to find the equivalent value of vibration parameters of the system.The results shown clearly the vibration laws of system and were useful for designing the welding machine vibration system.
