摘要
切削加工是制造业发展的基本生产单元,伴随其产生的环境污染问题日趋严重,倍受关注;绿色切削技术的有效应用将是解决这一问题的关键。从绿色设计制造理念出发,阐述了其必要性、可行性,并针对切削液回收利用、切削噪声消除等切削加工污染,提出了基于绿色制造的干切削刀具材料的选型方法,以及干切削加工工艺规划模型设计方法研究。
Cutting is basic production unit of manufacturing industry,along with its environmental problems arising from deteriorating well-focused;Green cutting technology's effective use will be the key to solve this problem.This departure from the concept of green design and manufacturing to explain its necessity,feasibility,and for the cutting fluid recycling,cutting and other cutting pollution,noise cancellation is proposed based on green manufacturing dry cutting tool material selection methods,and dry cutting Machining Process Planning Model Design Method.
