摘要
用PRE4.0软件建立蛇形弹簧联轴器3D模型。利用ANSYS workbench11.0有限元软件对蛇形弹簧联轴器进行应力分析,得出了该构件的形变和应力分布云图,为进一步改进蛇形弹簧联轴器的受力情况和结构设计提供了理论依据。
3D model of the establishment of a serpentine spring coupling by PRE4.0 software.The stress and strain of a curves of a serpentine spring coupling is analysised by the finite-element software ANSYS workbench,and the distribution of its stress and strain is obtained.The result can be used to improve the force condition and the structure of the serpentine spring coupling.
