摘要
为了保证顶置式升降机的运行平稳性,运用有限元分析软件ANSYS10.0对轨道横梁进行了结构静力分析,得出了不同工况下横梁的应力与变形分布情况,通过分析计算结果可知,轨道横梁的变形与升降机在横梁上的位置有关,且其强度和刚度均满足设计要求,证明了设计方案的可行性。
In order to ensure the smooth performance of overhead hoist in motion,Using ANSYS10.0,the static analysis of track beam structure has been finished and the distribution of stress and deformation have been calculated.The results of analysis shows that deformation of track beam is related to position hoist on track beam and the track beam can arrive at the demand of intensity and rigidity.The feasibility of design scheme was proved.
