摘要
针对负载作用下质量特性测试平台弹性变形的问题,对浮起台体进行有限元分析。根据弹性力学薄板弯曲理论,推导出在负载作用下有限元单元弹性位移公式及结构整体质心弹性位移公式,计算出质量特性测试平台在测量过程中质心的弹性位移。对计算结果分析表明负载作用下浮起台体的质心弹性位移是由于台体各方向质心偏移量不同而产生的,并给出了减小台体质心偏移的措施。分析结果为测试平台的结构设计提供了依据。
In view of the problem of the elastic deformation existing in the load platform acted on load,the load platform is made the finite element analysis.According to the theory on the lamella bending of elastic mechanics,the formulary for the element elastic displacement of the finite element and for the platform structure center of mass elastic displacement resulted from deforming of the platform of mass properties measuring instrument acted on load.The result shows that the unequal center of mass elastic displacement in different direction of the platform causes the center of mass elastic displacement when the platform is acted on load.And the measure for reducing this displacement is given.The research results provide bases for the structure design of the measuring instrument platform.
