摘要
环氧树脂是灌封胶的主要基础材料,然其高黏度、易脆、聚热等缺陷造成灌封结构开裂、缺料等质量问题,文中利用邻苯二甲酸二缩二乙二醇双丙烯酸酯(PDDA)与氨基的迈克尔点击反应,使其在环氧体系中发挥多种功能。结果表明,PDDA作为活性稀释剂可有效地降低体系的初始黏度;促进固化反应的进行,使体系的凝胶时间提前;抑制剧烈放热;提高韧性等多种协同效应。双酚A环氧树脂(E51)/三乙烯四胺(TETA)体系中,100份E51中加入40份PDDA时,基体断裂韧性增加50.0%;E51/PA651体系中,同样的加入量韧性增加92.7%。同时均保持了良好的物理力学性能。
Epoxy resin,which exhibits excellent mechanical,high electrical resistivity,good chemical resistance,is the main basis of pouring sealant.However,its high viscosity,brittle and overheat cause defects such as cracking,lack of material and other quality problems.This paper introduced phthalate diethylene glycol diacrylate(PDDA) into the epoxy system,which shows multi-effects.The results show that by adding PDDA,the epoxy/amine system shows synergic effect,such as decreasing the initial viscosity,accelerating the curing reaction,reducing gel time,alleviating the fierce exothermic effect and enhancing the toughness.In E51/ triethylenetetramine(TETA) systems,the toughness increases 50.0% by adding 40 portion of PDDA.While in the E51/PA651 systems,the toughness increases 92.7% with a good mechanical and physical properties simultaneously.
