摘要
产品设计过程中,以SFMEA软件功能流可靠性分析为基础,对功能执行过程中每个步骤的潜在故障模式及其对产品功能的影响进行分析。把每一个潜在的故障模式按其严重程度予以分类,提出可以采取的故障检测、补偿、预防和改进措施,以提高软件产品可靠性。同时介绍了软件功能流可靠性分析的方法及具体操作过程。总结得到了SFMEA分析的工具-FMEA分析表,并指出了软件可靠性分析的注意事项,以此保证软件功能流FMEA分析的质量。
During the product design, based on the theory of SFM EA-Software Failure Mode Effect Analysis, against every step of the functional execution process, the potential failure mode and the product function effected by it are analyzed. According to its grade of severity, every potential failure mode is classified and the method of fault detection, compensation, prevention and improvement are given. Ultimately reliability of software product is improved. At the same time it presents the method and the operation of SFMEA-Software Failure Mode Effect Analysis. The form of FMEA Analysis is given. The problem of notice about Software Failure Mode Effect Analysis is pointed. On this account, it ensures the quality of FMEA in Software Reliability Effect Analysis.
