摘要
建立自动变速器供油调压和流量控制子系统稳态数学模型和AMESim环境下的仿真模型,提供一种自动变速器液压控制系统可靠性分析的模拟仿真方法,即利用AMESim对自动变速器液压控制系统进行正常工况下和元件失效情况下的仿真研究,通过比较仿真结果确定元件失效对系统的影响。该方法为开发自动变速器故障诊断专家系统提供参考。
The static mathematic model and the simulated model in AMESim for oil supply, pressure regulating and flow control subsystem of AT were set up. A simulation means to analyze reliability of hydraulic system of AT was provided. Namely, the hydrau- lic system statuses of AT were simulated under normal and component disabled working condition by AMESim. The effects of disabled component on the system could be confirmed by comparing simulation results. It provides reference for developing failure diagnostic ex- pert system of AT.
