摘要
为快速响应市场需求,提高设计水平,解决锻压机设计中批量小、种类多、设计周期长的问题,提出一种面向客户的锻压机床快速设计模式。利用模型匹配、自顶向下参数化设计、产品设计结构矩阵分析并结合Pro/Tookit二次开发技术,开发出一套面向客户的锻压机床快速设计系统。
A rapid design mode for metalforming machine was presented to rapidly respond to the market demand, improve de- sign standards, solve the issues such as small batch, various classes, long design period. Based on the secondary development of Pro/Toolkit, a customer-oriented rapid design system for metalforming machine was implemented using the model matching, top-down design and design structure matrix techniques.
