摘要
通过试验研究,对电液比例节流阀的性能进行测试分析,并与理论分析结果进行对比,验证数学模型的正确性。对电液比例节流阀动态流量测试的难点进行进一步研究,提出用被测电液比例节流阀与一阻尼短孔间的压力来替代难以检测的动态流量的方法,并从理论和试验两方面验证该方法的可行性。
The performances of the electro-hydraulic proportional throttle valve were tested through experiment. The experimen- tal results were compared with the theoretical results to verify the correctness of the mathematical models. The difficulty of electro-hy- draulic proportional throttle valve dynamic flow test was researched deeply. The method was presented that the dynamic flow which was difficult to detect was replaced by the pressure between the measured electro-hydraulic proportional throttle valve and a short damping hole. The feasibility of the method was validated from theory and experiment.
