电反馈2D数字溢流阀的模型与实验研究

摘要 溢流阀是液压传动系统中一个极为重要的压力控制组件。设计一种电反馈2D数字溢流阀,该阀采用单一的2D调压螺旋机构,以阀芯的旋转和直线运动实现导阀和主阀的功能。并通过压力传感器直接检测系统调定压力,进行压力闭环控制来改善2D数字溢流阀的性能,实现对压力的远距离监控和自动调节。 Relief valve is an important pressure control component in hydraulic driven system. A new 2D digital relief valve was designed. A 2D press adjusting spire mechanism was adopted in the valve. The functions of guide valve and main valve were realized by two degree of freedom that was spool rotation and linear motion of valve core. The given pressure of system was detected directly by pressure sensors. The performance of the valve was improved through pressure closed-loop control which could achieve long-distance monitoring and automatic adjustment.
