一种新型激光微细熔覆柔性布线设备的研究

摘要 开发一种基于PMAC多轴运动控制器的新型激光微细熔覆柔性布线设备。与传统的布线技术相比,激光微细熔覆柔性布线技术可以提高电路板制备的效率并降低生产成本。构建了基于PMAC卡的开放式控制系统,开发了相应的控制软件。该PMAC控制器不仅具有常用运动控制功能,同时可将通用软件如AutoCAD、Protel绘制的图形文件直接转换为加工文件,从而大大提高了加工的效率以及扩展了系统的使用范围。 A new laser micro-cladding flexible wiring device was developed based on PMAC multi-axis motion controller. Com- pared with traditional wiring techniques, the new technology can improve the efficiency of preparation of circuit board and reduce pro- duction cost. PC-based open-CNC system software and hardware were developed. The PMAC controller has the common motion control functions, and it can be used to translate graphics files drawn by general software such as AutoCAD, Protel directly into processing files. The processing efficiency is improved and the using scope of the system is extended.
