摘要
运用CFD软件对射流管伺服阀在不同工作介质下的流场特性进行仿真分析,重点研究伺服阀的结构参数对流场特性的影响,这些影响因素主要包括:射流管直径d1、接收管直径d2、射流管到接收管的端面间隙b、两个射流接收管的夹角α、射流管偏转角φ、系统背压pt等。为射流管伺服阀结构的优化设计提供理论依据。
Based on commercial computational fluid dynamics (CFD) software package, the flow characteristics of jet pipe servo valve working in different medium were investigated through simulation. The effects of geometry parameters of jet pipe servo valve on flow characteristics were mainly studied. These influential factors included diameter of jet pipe d1, diameter of jet receiver dE , clearance between jet pipe and jet receiver b, angle between two jet receiver pipes α, deflection angle of jet pipe φ and back pressure of system p,. It provides theory basis for the optimization design of jet pipe servo valve.
