摘要
含有十溴二苯醚（DBDPO）的纺织品阻燃涂层整理剂经超声波振荡处理提取后,采用高效液相色谱法（HPLC）进行定量分析。该方法以甲苯为提取溶剂,乙腈-水溶液（体积比95∶5）为流动相,色谱外标法定量。DBDPO的质量浓度在10~250 mg/L时,浓度与色谱峰面积呈线性关系,相关系数为0.999 99,回收率为95%~102%,检测下限（S/N=3）为1.0 mg/L。检测结果显示,HLPC法能够有效测定涂层整理剂中DBDPO的含量。
The flame-retardant agent containing pentabromophenyl ether（DBDPO） is extracted with toluene,using ultrasound-assisted extraction,and is quantitatively analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography（HPLC） method.Taking toluene as solvent,and acetonitrile-water solution（volume ratio 95 ∶ 5） as mobile phase,the DBDPO is determined by chromatography and external calibration.The results show that a good linear relationship between peak area and concentration is obtained in the concentration of DBDPO 10~250 mg/L,the correlation coefficient is 0.999 99,the recovery rate is 95%~102%,and the detection limit is 1 mg/L.
