Dyeing behaviors of bright trilobal PET fiber

摘要 通过与圆形大有光聚酯纤维对比,研究了分散染料对三叶形大有光聚酯纤维的染色性能,如上染速率、影响上染的工艺因素(温度、时间)和染色提升性,分析了三叶形大有光纤维的上染性与表观色深、色度值的关系。研究结果表明,三叶形大有光聚酯纤维升温上染速率对染色影响较大,随染色浓度的增加,上染纤维的染料和表观色深呈直线关系,当染料质量分数为4%(om f)时,达到最大上染量和最大表观色深,且上染纤维的染料量与表观色深一致。C IEL*a*b*值的测定表明,三叶形纤维的染色色光与圆形纤维有一定的差异;染色温度和时间对纤维的上染率和表观色深均有较大的影响;130℃下,分散染料对三叶形大有光聚酯纤维的移染性比对圆形大有光聚酯纤维的好,选用高温型分散染料对三叶形大有光聚酯纤维染色能获得更好的匀染效果。 Dyeing behaviors of disperse dyes on bright trilobal PET fiber are investigated.Compared with bright round cross-section PET fiber,the dyeing rate,processing factors(temperature,time) and build up property of dyes are studied.Relationship between dyeing ability,apparent color depth,and chrome are analyzed.The results show that heating rate has significant effect on dyeing performance of bright trilobal PET fiber.With dye concentration increasing,the dye up-take and apparent color depth are both increased linearly.When the dye concentration is 4%(omf),the maximum dye up-take and K/S value are obtained.CIE L*a*b* value show that there are differences between the hue of trilobal fiber and round cross-section fiber.Dyeing temperature and time have great impact on exhaustion and K/S.The migrating behavior of disperse dyes on bright trilobal PET fiber at 130 ℃ was better than that on bright round cross-section PET fiber.Dyeing bright trilobal PET fiber with high energy disperse dyes are favorable to leveling effect.
