摘要
电网黑启动是指整个电网因故障全部停电后,通过本电网中具有自启动能力的机组启动,逐渐扩大电网失电的恢复范围,最后达到用尽量短的时间来恢复全网的运行和对用户的供电。文中通过对彭城电厂黑启动工程的实施及成功试验,说明了300 MW大机组作为黑启动电源是完全可行的。
After the power interruption caused by accident,the power network will gradually extend the recovery scope of power supply by starting up the power generation units having the capability of self start-up and finally achieves the goal of completely recovering the operation and power supply of the total power networks in the shortest time.According to the application and test results of the black start-up power project,the 300 MW power generation plants are proved to be able to play the role of black start-up power resource absolutely.
