摘要
以质量管理体系为出发点,对混凝土企业质量管理机构的设置进行了研究。说明了混凝土企业参照ISO9001标准编制的质量手册、程序文件和作业指导书是企业质量管理制度的最好范本,并对混凝土企业如何体现ISO质量管理体系中"全员参与"和"以顾客为关注焦点"的管理机制进行了探讨。通过对混凝土企业原材料质量管理、混凝土配合比设计、生产过程以及混凝土出厂前和施工现场交货后应储备的相关技术资料的调查,分析了混凝土企业文件管理的价值。
The setup of the quality management institutions for concrete enterprises is researched with a starting point of quality management system.The quality manuals,procedure documents and operation guidance book compiled by the standard of ISO9001 are the best copies for the enterprises＇ quality management system of concrete enterprises,and how to reflect the administrative mechanism of ＂all staff participation＂ and ＂customer focused＂ with ISO quality management system in concrete enterprises is discussed.Through the investigations of the raw material quality management of concrete enterprises,mix proportion design of concrete,production procedure,and relative reserve technical data when concrete before leaving factory and after consignment in the construction location,the value of document management in concrete enterprises is analyzed
