摘要
目的:研究精神分裂症患者心肌酶活性改变的机理,并深入探讨心肌酶与精神分裂症的发病机制及病情的关系。方法:对65例首发精神分裂症患者入院及治疗4周后的心肌酶(CK、LDH、AST)进行检测并与对照组进行比较分析。结果:研究组血清心肌酶活性明显高于对照组,治疗4周后,研究组心肌酶活性均比较治疗前明显下降,与对照组比较差异无显著性。结论:精神分裂症患者血清心肌酶活性出现异常并与精神分裂症的发病机制和病情有关。
Objective:To study the mechanism of changes in schizophrenic serum cardiac enzymes activities and to deeply explore the relationship between serum cardiac enzymes and nosogenesis and patients' condition. Method:The serum cardiac enzymes activities (CK、LDH、AST) in 65 patients with schizophrenia before treatment and after 4 weeks treatment were measured and compared with that in normal controls. Results:The serum cardiac enzymes activities in schizophrenia were significantly higher than that in normal controls,and decreased obviously after 4 weeks treatment, which showed no significant difference after treatment campared with controls. Conclusion: The serum cardiac enzymes activities in schizophrenia apear abnormal that could be associated with the nosogenesis and patients' condition of schizophrenia.
