摘要
目的比较医学与非医学院校女大学生心理健康状况,以利于更有针对性地开展女大学生尤其是医学院校女大学生的心理健康教育。方法用整群抽样方法,抽取医学院校和非医学院校女生共763人,并利用SCL-90心理健康状况量表进行问卷调查。结果医学与非医学院校女大学生的心理健康状况均为良好,但有个别女生超出常模标准,显示心理不健康。具体来说,在强迫、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、精神病性等因子上医学院校女生的得分高于非医学院校女生(P<0.05)。结论女大学生心理健康平均状况良好。医学院校女大学生在某些方面差于非医学院校者。
Objective To understand the status of mental health in medical and nonmedical college girl students so as to strengthen the health education for them, especially for medical girl students. Methods A total of 763 medical and nonmedical college girl students were selected with the cluster sampling method and investigated with the SCL-90. Results The status of mental health of college girl students was well, but there were still several girls beyond the standard. Specifically the scores of the force, interpersonal relationship, depressed, anxious, and mental disease were higher in medical college girl students than in nonmedical college girl students （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions The status of mental health of girl students in medical and nonmedical colleges is well, but several scores of factors in medical college girl students are worse than those in nonmedical college students.
