摘要
在微波辐射下,由山梨醇和苯甲醛合成1,3;2,4-二苄叉山梨醇(DBS),以环己烷为反应介质,酸为催化剂,讨论了反应条件对合成DBS的影响。结果表明,最佳反应条件为:以0.2 g对甲苯磺酸为催化剂,微波功率80 W,辐射时间20 m in,用丙酮对DBS进行提纯。
DBS was synthesized in cyclohexane based on sorbitol and benzaldehyde with acidic as catalyst under microwave irradiation.The effect of reaction conditions on the synthesis of DBS was discussed.The results showed the best reaction conditions were as follows:dosage of catalyst p-toluene sulfonic acid 0.2 g,reaction time 20 min and ultrasonic radiation power 80 W.At the same time,DBS was purified by acetone.
