摘要
报道了配合物GdI3.2CS(NH2)2.10H2O的新合成方法,通过元素分析、X-射线粉末衍射、红外光谱、质谱、差热-热重分析,确定了配合物的组成和结构,首次测定了配体碘化钆、硫脲和配合物对枯草芽孢杆菌、葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抗菌活性。抗菌活性测试结果表明,所有试样对枯草芽孢杆菌的杀死作用显著,且高浓度溶液(0.05 mol/L)比低浓度溶液(0.01 mol/L)的抗菌效果好;对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌的杀死作用不明显;浓度为0.05 mol/L时,配合物GdI3.2CS(NH2)2.10H2O对枯草芽孢杆菌的杀死作用大于CS(NH2)2和GdI3.9H2O。
The complex GdI3·2CS(NH2)2·10H2O was synthesized with a new method.The complex was characterized by elemental analysis,X-ray powder diffraction,infrared analysis,mass spectroscopy,and thermogravimetry and differential thermal analysis.The coordinative cation [Gd(H2O)9]3+ is formed by Gd3+ and nine H2O,CS(NH2)2 acts on Gd3+ through N and S,three I and the rest H2O act on [Gd(H2O)9]3+ by the form of static attraction or hydrogen bond.The antibacterial activity against escherichia coli,staphylococcus aureus and bacillus subtilis of gadolinium iodide,thiourea and the complex was studied first.The results showed that the antibacterial activity of all samples against bacillus subtilis was better than that against escherichia coli and staphylococcus aureus.The antibacterial activity of high concentration solution(0.05 mol/L) was better than that of low concentration(0.01 mol/L).The antibacterial activity of the complex GdI3·2CS(NH2)2·10H2O was better than that of corresponding coordinator.
