Biological Functions of Chromium and the Application of Chromium-riched Yeast

摘要 阐述了微量元素铬的生物学作用,主要包括对人体糖代谢与脂代谢的生理作用,并对铬的优良载体——富铬酵母近年来的研究应用进展进行了综述。 The main biological effects of microelement chromium were illuminated in this article,including the physiological functions of glucose metabolism and lipid metabolism in the human body,and the recent research and application of the excellent chromium carrier-chromium-riched yeast were also summarised.
