摘要
介绍中国国家层面的温室气体排放清单编制现状,概述了中国城市层面温室气体排放清单研究进展,总结国际通用的城市清单方法(Urban Inventory Methods),包括以排放为中心的IPCC和WRI/WBCSD温室气体排放模型、以需求为中心的混合生命周期方法和中国现状城市温室气体排放清单编制方法,阐述在目前的城市温室气体清单编制方法方面中国与国际上的差距,说明建立与国际接轨的中国城市温室气体排放清单的必要性和迫切性。
China＇s greenhouse gas emissions inventory status were described at the national and urban level. It concluded the urban inventmy method which was internationally accepted, including Emission-Oriented IPCC and WRI/WBCSD Greenhouse Gas Emission Model, Demand-oriented Mixed Lifecycle Method, as well as China＇s Current Urban Greenhouse Gas Emissions inventory Method. The gap of urban greenhouse gas inventory preparation methods between China and the internation was discussed. The result showed that it was necessary and urgent to build up an internationally oriented Chinese urban greenhouse gas emission inventory.
