摘要
本文根据土木工程的特点和要求,选用三种国产粘弹性材料制作相应的耗能器,分别进行了变频、变温、变应变、常温与低温疲劳及极限变形等大量试验,研究了这些材料的主要性能指标—剪切模量、耗能因子的变化规律,分析了频率、温度、应变和疲劳效应等因素对粘弹性材料性能参数的影响。在此基础上。
In the paper, based on the features and requirements of civil engineering, three kinds of domestic viscoelastic materials are selected to make corresponding viscoelastic dampaers. Lots of tests in respect of frequency, temperature, strain, limit deformation, low and normal ambient temperature are done with those dampers. The main performance parameters of those materials, i.e. storage moduli, and varying rule of loss factor are studied and the effects of frequency, temperature,strain and fatigue on the performance of those materials are analyzed. Based on the above mentioned research, the requirements of design and manufacturing of viscoelastic energy dissipators and the further property improvement of materials when domestic viscoelastic materials are used for earthquake engineering are pointed out.
