摘要
企业的管理是各项流程和制度建立的过程,在此过程中,人力资源管理与企业文化建设也是一个极其重要的内容,其目标就是共建企业的"心理契约",这也是培育企业文化、形成团队凝聚力的一个关键因素。文章从如何共建并维持企业"心理契约"等方面,研究和分析企业内部潜在的心理契约对企业发展的影响,并进一步探讨改进和完善心理契约,防止影响企业凝聚力的反向力或破坏力的出现。
The enterprise management is a process of establishing procedures and rules, in which the human resource management and the enterprise culture cultivation are also included. It aims at building the "psychological contract" for the enterprise so as to cultivate enterprise culture and enhance team cohesion. In view of the building and maintenance of "psychological contract" for the enterprise,this paper studies the influence of potential psychological contract on the development of enterprise and puts forwards the improving measures in order to avoid those reverse or destructive forces that may affect the team cohesion.
