摘要
生产实习在土木工程专业本科实践培养体系中具有关键地位,由于多种因素影响,我国相当多高校的土木工程专业本科培养在生产实习环节上面临许多问题。为巩固、提高土木工程专业本科培养质量,提高生产实习的成效,基于以法律规定定义下的"权责利"相结合,提出建设由政府、工程界、大学、实习生、家长等主体参与的全民教育生产实习培养体系。
Production practice is of great importance to the practice training system for civil engineering specialty. However, subjected to many factors, there are lots of problems in production practice training for civil engineering specialty in many domestic universities. To improve the training quality of civil engineering specialty and enhance the effectiveness of production practice, a new system of pro- duction practice training under the view of Education For All（EFA） is presented in this paper, in which the government, engineering industry, universities, interns, intern parents are involved based on the ＂powers and responsibilities and profits＂ defined by laws and regulations.
