摘要
传统的孕周和胎重估计方法利用经验公式进行，结果离散度较大。本文采用的是一种基于超声检测和神经网络估计的方法。通过对临床数据的分析。
Several experiential formulae are used in the traditional method to estimate the gestational week and fetal weight. However, the results are dispersed. A method based on ultrasound detection and neural network technique is used in this paper.After the analysis of the clinical data, it is found that this method is suitable for the non invasive estimation of the gestational week and fetal weight.
