摘要
为城乡老年人提供社会化的服务以弥补家庭养老的不足正在成为现实,我国的养老模式正朝着社区居家养老迈进。对家庭养老、社会养老、居家养老、机构养老等概念的分析和界定,可以帮助我们还原一个全面满足老年人需求、社区提供养老服务的养老模式,即社区居家养老模式。其具体内容包括针对不同类型老年人提供相应居家服务,充分发挥社区功能,促进社区养老福利设施多样化等。
Providing socialized services for the old people from urban and rural areas and making up for the deficiency of family pension have been becoming reality. China's endowment patterns are heading towards the pattern of home endowment based on communities, which fully respects the traditional culture of China. Through the concepts analysis and definition such as family pension, social endowment, home endowment and institution endowment, it can help us to restore an endowment pattern with fully meets the elderly demand and providing community old-age services, we call it home endowment based on communities. In this paper, we analyze the situation of the community endowment patterns, especially analyze the existing problems, and give realistic policy suggestions for home endowment based on communities in the future.
