摘要
科技进步是国家经济发展的强大动力和坚实基础,是影响国家综合国力和国际竞争力的决定性因素.论文选取2008年中国31个省市科技进步综合指标评价数据,先标准化处理这些数据,再采用因子分析法对样本进行降维,最后用支持向量数据描述模型聚类分析了2008年全国科技进步的情况.
The scientific and technological progress of a country is a strong driving force and solid foundation for its economic development and decides the comprehensive national strength and international competitiveness. This paper selects the comprehensive index evaluation data of China＇s 31 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities in the year 2003 for science and technology progress evaluation and standard-processed the data in light of ＂science and technology advancement evaluation index system＂~ Then the paper uses the factor analysis to reduce the dimensions of the original data and the support vector data description model to evaluate the national scientific and technological progress of China in the year 2008.
