摘要
运用有限元数值计算方法,对含内缺口的环形试件在受到与缺口对称面成不同角度的载荷作用下,缺口前端附近的弹塑性场分布特征进行了研究,得到了缺口前端应力和应变场以及塑性区的变化情况。此外,选取缺口顶端弧度不同的模型,探讨了缺口顶端钝化程度对弹塑性场的影响。为了对计算结果的可靠性进行评价,运用高精度云纹干涉实验力学方法进行了验证性试验。试验得到的位移、应变分布情况与计算结果基本吻合。文中得到的结果为钝缺口试件的材料断裂和疲劳特性研究提供了有价值的数据。
This paper is mainly concerned about the elastic plastic behavior near the top of a V notch situated at the inner radius of a circular ring. The stress and strain fields are calculated under different compressive load level, different incline angle and different notch tip radius by the finite element analysis. The relationship between the notch tip radius and the size and shape of the plastic zone near the top of notch is obtained. In order to check the result of numerical analysis, an experiment has been carried out by using Moire Interferometry method. The result of calculation is corresponding to the experimental data.
