爆炸焊接用薄钛板拼焊工艺 被引量:3

摘要 利用等离子弧焊(PAW)和钨极氩弧焊(TIG)对爆炸复合用轧制薄钛板进行拼焊处理。焊接后,从宏观上看,2种焊接工艺下的焊件焊缝表面平整光滑,无裂纹、分层和焊瘤等焊接缺陷,但是TIG焊缝(FZ)的宽度较宽,约为PAW焊缝(FZ)的2倍。渗透探伤(PT)结果表明,2种焊接的焊缝表面无微裂纹、微小气孔等缺陷,但射线探伤(RT)结果表明TIG的FZ局部区域内有微小气孔。观察和比较2种焊件的微观组织和力学性能,发现PAW的焊缝热影响区(HAZ)较窄,而TIG焊缝热影响区(HAZ)宽,且其FZ区的晶粒略微粗大。从焊接界面附近区域的显微硬度来看,PAW焊件各区域的硬度梯度要低于TIG焊件。2种焊件的力学性能检验结果表明PAW焊件的性能优于TIG焊件。以上实验结果表明,PAW焊接方法更适于爆炸复合用薄钛板的拼焊处理。
