粒煤在补气料仓中的下料特性 被引量:10

摘要 在自行设计的有机玻璃料仓系统上对粒煤下料过程及其特性进行了实验研究。当料位在筒仓段时,粒煤以整体流形式稳定下料;当料位下降到斗仓段时,粒煤以中心流形式流动下料。研究结果表明,斗仓段的松动风对粒煤下料流率和下料稳定性有重要影响,当在斗仓段单层低位通入松动风且风量较大时,粒煤下料呈间歇式喷射流动,下料流率最大,但在补气位置附近容易形成气压平衡拱,影响粒煤下料稳定性。当松动风在斗仓段3处不同高度的位置同时补气时,下料稳定性最好,同时下料流率也很大。研究还表明,窄筛分粒煤的粒径越小,下料流率越大,0~2.50 mm宽筛分粒煤与0.35~0.60 mm窄筛分粒煤的下料流率基本相等。 The flow characteristics of granular coal from a Plexiglass silo were investigated.Mass flow was observed when material level was at the cylindrical section in the experiment,while swirl flow when material level was at the conical section.The results show that flexible air has a great effect on mass flow rate and flow stability.Intermittent injection flows and gas pressure balance arching will form easily when flexible air is too large the location of flexible air supply is too low,which increases mass flow rate but decreases flow stability.The flow stability is improved by supplying flexible air with all three flexible air inlets which located in different height,while the mass flow rate is high too.Increasing particle size can decrease the mass flow rate of the narrow screenes granular coal.The mass flow rate of the wide screenes granular coal,particle size is 0~2.50 mm,is almost the same with the narrow screened granular coal which particle size is 0.35~0.60 mm.
