摘要
目的观察中药复方益寿调脂片防治高脂血症的作用。方法采用临床和实验方法观察益寿调脂片调脂的作用。结果①益寿调脂片对高脂血症患者及实验性高脂血症大鼠能显著地降低血清总胆固醇（ＴＣ）、甘油三酯（ＴＧ）、动脉粥样硬化指数（ＡＩ）、载脂蛋白Ｂ（ａｐｏＢ）、脂蛋白（ａ）［Ｌｐ（ａ）］和升高高密度脂蛋白（ＨＤＬ）、载脂蛋白Ａ（ａｐｏＡ）（Ｐ＜０．００１）；②益寿调脂片能明显地对抗实验性高脂血症家兔血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯、动脉粥样硬化指数、载脂蛋白Ｂ、脂蛋白（ａ）、氧化型低密度脂蛋白（ＯＸ－ＬＤＬ）的升高和高密度脂蛋白、载脂蛋白Ａ的降低（Ｐ＜０．００１）。结论益寿调脂片具有预防和治疗高脂血症的作用。
Objection:To observe the effect of Yishou Tiaozhi tablet in preventing and treating
hyperlipoidemia.Methods:Clinical and experimental studies with Yishou Tiaozhi tablet observe
the effect in modulating serum lipid. Results:①Yishou Tiaozhi tablet could significantly
decrease the levels of serum TC TG AI ApoB Lp(a) and elevate the levels of serum HDL ApoA on
hyper lipodemia and rats' experimental hyperlipemia (p<0.001).②Yishou Tiaozhi tablet could
obviously inhibit the increase of serum TC TG AI ApoB Lp(a) OX LDL and the reduction of serum
HDL ApoA on rabbits' experimental hyperlipemia (p<0.001).Conclusion:Yishou Tiaozhi tablet
has the effects in preventing and treating hyperlipoidemia.
