摘要
目的 观察帕米膦酸钠（Ａｒｅｄｉａ阿可达）治疗骨转移引起疼痛的效果。方法 对３０例确诊为骨转移癌静脉滴注可达６０～９０ｍ ｇ。隔３～４ 周重复。结果 止 痛显效９例，有效１３例，无效８例，有效率为７３．３％ （１２／３０）。获效时间１～２５天，副作用为３ 例注射后，出现发热。结论 阿可达治疗骨转移引起的疼痛有良好的止痛效果。
? Objective To evaluate the efficacy of pamidronate(Aredia)to relieve ostealgia due to metastatic bone tumor.Methods Aredia 60~90 mg in 500ml 5% glucose or nomal saline was given by intravenou infusion.The treatment was repeated at 3~4 week intervals.Results Complete relief of ostealgia was observed in 9 patients,partial relief in 13 patients.The therapeutic effect was achieved in 1~24 days.Conclusion Aredia is a good pain reliever in patients with metastatic cancer of the bone. 〔
