摘要
为解决现在渔船管理的难题,解决渔船的套牌等非法行为,提出一套解决问题的方案。从软件和硬件两方面阐述系统的设计思路,采用无线射频身份识别(RFID)技术以及J2EE技术,研究并构建渔船管理系统,完成渔船的身份识别,渔船基本数据的管理,为渔船相关部门的管理提供方便,为渔业生产提供安全和高效的保障。
This paper presents a suit of scheme for solving the problem of fishing vessels management and illegal action of false license plate.It discusses the system design idea from software and hardware aspect.Using Radio Frequency Identification（RFID） and J2EE technologies,fishing vessels management system is researched and built.It can identify the vessels＇ ID and manage basic data of vessels.The system provides convenience for departments related to fishing vessels,also safety and efficient guarantee for fisheries production.
