摘要
目的 总结阑尾肿瘤的临床特点、诊断及治疗要点，提高诊断及治疗效果符合率。方法 回顾并结合文献分析近年收治且经病理证实阑尾肿瘤３９例临床资料。结果 阑尾良性肿瘤：阑尾粘液囊肿２２例。阑尾恶性肿瘤：阑尾粘液腺癌６ 例，阑尾类癌１１ 例。结论阑尾肿瘤临床上较少见，术前极易误诊，应提高认识，一旦发现，选择适当的手术方式，避免二次手术。
? Objective To sunmarize clinical features,the key points of diagnosis and treatment of appendix tumors.Methods Clinical data of 39 cases with appendix tumors was analysed.Result 22 cases of mucocele of the appendix, 6 cases of appendix mucus carcinoma and 11 cases of carcinoid appendix were found.Conclusion So few appendix tumors were found in clinical diseases that they are easily to be misdisagnosis.Select proper operational way to avoid second surgical intervention are suggested. 〔
