摘要 现代海战中,对空防御已经成为水面舰艇编队防御的主要内容,对来袭空中目标的威胁判断是有效对空防御的前提。针对空中目标威胁判断指标属性权重与属性值均为区间数的多属性决策问题,利用连续区间数据有序加权平均(C-OWA)集成算子对区间数属性权重进行了处理;采用集对分析理论,将区间属性值转换成为联系数的形式,并通过联系数建立了目标威胁判断模型,充分反映了目标机动对威胁程度的影响。最后,通过算例表明模型合理、有效。 The air defense has become one of the primary tasks of surface warship formation in the modem sea warfare, and correct threat-level estimation of the coming aerial target is the premises for effective defense. For the Multiple Attribute Decision Making (MADM) problem of threat level estimation, in which all attribute weights and attribute values are interval numbers, the Continuous interval number Ordered Weighted Averaging (C-OWA) operators were used to deal with the interval attribute weights. The interval numbers were transformed into connection numbers by using the theory of Set Pair Analysis ( SPA), and an target threat evaluation model was established by using the connection numbers, which could fully reflect the effect of target maneuvering on threat level. An example was given to show that the model is feasible and effective.
