摘要
针对深圳大运中心主体育场钢结构工程单层折面空间网格的结构特征和施工难度,设计了两种临时支撑体系方案。通过有限元模拟计算结果的对比分析,确定采用四角锥台形胎架与标准节形胎架相结合的支撑方案,并将支撑与钢结构整体模拟计算结果与实时监测数据进行对比,验证了支撑设计的合理性与正确性。
Based on the structure characteristics of single triangular gridding by folding method and the construction difficulty on the steel roof of main stadium of Shenzhen Universiade Sports Center,two support system schemes were worked out and the calculation results were compared by using finite elements simulation.We chosed the scheme which combined normal bracket and the bracket shaped like a quadrangular pyramid.The text compared the design value with the survey value after using finite elements simulation to the whole steel structure and the support system.The rationality and validity of the support system design were verified by practise.
