摘要
进行了除草剂烯草酮的合成方法研究。试验结果表明,以乙硫醇和巴豆醛为起始原料,经5步反应,可以得到含量大于97%的烯草酮原油,总收率为56.3%。中间体3-氯-2-丙烯基羟胺合成的2步收率为90.6%,含量99%。该方法可用于工业化生产。
Clethodim is one of cyclohexenone herbicide with good herbicidal activity.The total yield of five step is 56.3% with start material of ethanethiol and crotonaldehyde.The content of product is 97%.The two step yield of intermediate 3-chloro 2-propylenehydroxylamine is 90.6%.The content of this intermediate is 99%.This is a good industrial synthesize method.
