血小板功能实验评价及分析前的质量控制 被引量：6

Evaluation and pre-analysis quality control on platelet function tests

摘要 血小板功能实验包括出血时间、血小板功能分析仪-100、血小板聚集、腺嘌呤核苷酸类测定和流式细胞术等。除了更好定位新实验如血小板功能分析仪、血栓弹力图的作用,更注重老方法如血小板聚集的标准化和优化。本文就目前采用的血小板功能实验优点、缺点以及它们可用的临床条件进行综述,以期为建立血小板功能检验全面质量管理体系提供参考。
