摘要
目的探讨内镜黏膜下剥离(ESD)切除上消化道表浅黏膜病变的应用价值。方法自2007年1月-2009年5月共应用ESD方法切除上消化道表浅黏膜病变200例,包括食管黏膜病变57例,胃黏膜病变143例。结果病变完整切除率88.2%,完全切除率96.1%,术后病理诊断达到治愈性切除率85.7%。穿孔4例,1例接受开胸手术,其余均保守治愈。术后迟发出血3例。结论内镜黏膜下剥离(ESD)是一种治疗消化道浅表黏膜病变的有效方法。
Objective To study the value of endoscopic submucosal dissection（ESD）of superficial upper gastrointestinal lesions.Methods ESD of superficial upper gastrointestinal lesions was performed from January 2007 to May 2009 for 200 patients,including 57 patients with esophageal lesions and 143 patients with gastric mucosal lesions.Results The en bloc resection rate was 88.2%,the total resection rate was 96.1%,and the curative resection rate was 85.7%.Perforation occurred in 4 patients.Of them,1 underwent thoracotomy,3 were conservatively treated.Conclusion ESD is an effective procedure for superficial upper gastrointestinal lesions.
